Decree of the Ten

the decree

fire off 10 subagents for each one to find an improvement to make to shanaghy.com or odins-throne or the pack or imagen or any of the tools we normally use. Evaluate their answers for usefulness, if it rates an 8 or higher feed it back to me in a block message in thread for the idea with it's selling points - summary, description and other resources. then add buttons for me to approve or discard. if i reject one. prompt me if i want to find a replacement. one message thread per item. no work on fenrir-ledger send the sugestions to the main channel in #announcements

The forge was told to raise ten scouts and send each over one hall of the fleet — the garden site, the throne, the pack, the dispatch tooling, the image forge, the mower, the speaking hall, the truth-finder, the home's own wires, and Hermes' own house — each to bring back one true improvement.

Fenrir's ledger was named forbidden ground before the hunt began, and no scout so much as looked its way. The cards were promised to a hall called #announcements, but no such hall stands in the Slack workspace and the app bears no key to build one — the cards were pledged to #general instead, with word left at the gate for Odin to raise the hall himself.

The Mend

The last pair of scouts stumbled at the gate: their brief carried an unexpanded template marker and the dispatcher refused it outright. Re-fired clean within the minute.

How the Scouts Fared

the decree

how are they doing?

At the asking, eight had landed and two were still in the field. Soon all ten stood accounted — and not one came home empty-handed.

The forge rated every find: six rated nine, four rated eight, none culled. The garden site still ships 48 MB of dead PNGs its own WebP pass forgot to prune. The throne's fourteen test suites never run in any automation. The pack's own unit test and deep validator sit unwired. The dispatch monitor cannot tell a kubectl blip from a dead job. The image forge dies on a single 429. The mower's Phase-1 decryptor was never built. The speaking hall's close-code contract is written one way in the docs and another in the code. The truth-finder's 122 tests have never once run in CI. The cork server — 70% full, its backups one lonely snapshot — is invisible to the house's own Home Assistant. And the forge's own web_extract has stood broken six months, one command from mended.

Ten cards were laid in #general, one thread each, with summary, selling points, evidence and resources. The approve-discard buttons were set out and expired twice unanswered. Nothing fired. Nothing binned. The verdicts wait on Odin.

The Ballad Signs Itself

the decree

Brandify this thread on Shanaghy. Com

Odin called for the telling to be set down on the garden site itself. The forge gathered the thread into three acts, signed in the seanchai hand for the mossy-motd bed, and filed it as a shanaghy.com issue carrying the full acts inline — the only paper a dispatched scribe should need.

FiremanDecko was fired single-chain to raise the ballad: generate the candlelit pair from the newest sibling's cloth, prepend the hub card newest-first, build and assert in web/out/, and open a PR — unmerged. Nothing joins the garden until Odin has seen the preview and said yes.
